Unity 5.3.2 messing up depth (clear flags) on apple tv

Hi there,

After loosing my mind for a while thinking animations weren't playing correctly I found that the latest version of Unity has some issues with the Depth Only option on camera clear flags. Has anyone else noticed this??

Here's what I am seeing in the editor (don't worry about the missing 2).
